Taking responsibility has three easy routines that you can start today:
Daily:
Engage with at least a book or course and take notes of your ideas (tip: I used Blinkist, Mindvalley, videos of mentors - MLK I have a dream or JFK moon speech - documentaries, anything that peaked my curiosity)
Connect with your Self and your environment (tip: walk in your neighborhood, say hi to anyone you meet, create your favorite playlists of songs and videos - see my Morning playlist on Youtube, watch the sunset with someone you love)Â
Focus on an imperfection (suffering in you - time and focus allocation, behaviors you are not proud of, anchors - or near you - your family, your community, your workplace, etc. Don't focus on imperfections outside of your control, as you grow, you'll expand your comfort zone!)
Empathize with the root cause of the imperfection
Visualize your life without such imperfection
Take a simple step toward such vision today!
At the end of the day, ask your Self the 5 daily questions (5DQ) (tip: we should not be proud of our imperfections)
Weekly:
Spend 30min or less to define the major goal of the week ahead (tip: to help master this I used Lifehack Method)
When you need clarity (this is 1-2 weeks when you have lifestyle changes - new job, new baby, new house - or if you don't feel in control where you are going)
Track your current day-to-day time and focus (when and how do you feel at your best? what's draining your energy?)
(Re)define your moonshots (who do you want to become in 1|3|5|10 years?)
(Re)define your core values (what would you die for?)
(Re)define the anchors you'd like to work on (what's preventing your growth?)

Common sense is free, and I decided to make our findings free, accessible, and self explanatory, to take another step toward actualizing the ideal that all humans are created equal.
